Mondo Kaos is a multi-brand clothing store centrally located in Copenhagen, at Frederiksborggade 31, Kbh. K. Perhaps you know the shop from Elmegade in Nørrebro, where we used to be.

Since opening in 2006, the store has focused on carrying clothes that embrace and celebrate the female curves. We strive to select a wide range that, based on newly produced vintage-inspired styles, is offered in everything from xs to plus size.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is structured, self-driven and goal-oriented. We expect you to contribute to the development of our social media, and to produce, edit and monitor the content yourself. At the same time, it is expected that you can work strategically with the planning of content, and that you know how to maintain the common thread in our online communication across digital platforms. 

You will be responsible for running our Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest as well as producing newsletters and blog posts. In addition, the operation of Instagram for our in-house brand, Daisy Dapper.

Working hours are 20-25 hours/week. 
Final working hours may vary during busy periods. 

You will be part of a team that now includes 4 beautiful women aged 21-49. All with an easy smile, a sense of styling and a great interest in the history of fashion.

In the position, your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be:
• The management of our presence on social media: Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Content management and content creation for our digital platforms. Including production and publication of content, copywriting and optimization of the content according to the algorithm. It is expected that you can take pictures and video yourself and edit them.
• Community management. 
• Monitoring and analysis of data and optimization of performance based on set KPIs. 
• Develop strategies for our presence on social media. 
• Research trends and new initiatives across platforms.
• Preparation of blog posts - with a view to SEO optimization and value-creating content on our website. 
• Preparation of weekly newsletters and ongoing evaluation of their performance. 

You can recognize yourself in several of the following qualifications:
• Social Media Management - preferably within the fashion industry. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience with the production of image and video material in commercial terms as well as its editing.
• Strong both visual and written skills. You have a flair for storytelling and a holistic approach to digital communication.  
• Results-oriented and goal-oriented, and can execute in a structured manner in a busy everyday life. 
• Fluent in communication in both Danish and English. 
• A team player who can both work independently and lift in a group.
