We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase in Mondo Kaos. If this is not the case, we give the webshop a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.
Note, you must send your goods back so we have them within the 14 days, ie. you can not keep the goods for 14 days before you send them back to us, as delivery time back to us is included in the 14 days. Then you return them with day-to-day delivery (other shipping company than post nord) you have in principle 9 working days. If you return by regular letter post with Post Nord, you have 5 working days, as Post Nord delivers up to 5 working days.

If more than 14 days have passed, we will not take it back! Please follow the following instructions for returning items: If you regret the purchase, Mondo Kaos must always be notified by email before returning. MAIL: The item must be received by Mondo Kaos no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received, together with a printed copy of the invoice (you have received this by e-mail). We do not accept items that have been used - it is understandable that the clothes must be tried on, but we assess that it has been used and returned it. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item. When we have received the item returned, the payment is returned to the account used when the order was placed. NOTE! For foreign customers: If you return an item from a non-EU country, we will be charged VAT if you do not enclose a printed invoice and write on the package that it is a return item.

Any errors or omissions in delivery from Mondo Kaos must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and on request show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contact Mondo Kaos quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than 2 years after you have received the item, and only against presentation of a receipt / invoice. Do we assess that the error is caused by the clothes being bought too small, e.g. seams or zippers that have been predicted by this, we do not take the item back as a complaint.
If an item is broken, we exchange it for a corresponding new item. We do not guarantee buttons, embroidery or any other type of decoration.
