Pick-up in the store:


You have the opportunity to pick up your order in the store within the store's opening hours.


Just bring your name and order number.

Please note that you will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection, and that it must be collected within 3 working days. If the order has not been picked up within the 3 working days and we have not heard from you, we must cancel the order as we do not have the capacity to store them for a long time.

Nb. If you want to try your goods, we recommend you just come down to the store, try and buy what you want, instead of ordering in advance❤️

Regarding private delivery:


Do you choose private delivery, but are you not at home in the period 7-16, where GLS delivers on weekdays? Then you can choose to fill in a power of attorney so that the package can still be delivered.

Track your package:


When your order is packed and ready for shipment, we will send you a tracking number so you can keep track of where your shipment is.

We strive to deliver day-to-day. Will we receive your order before 10:00 on weekdays, it is thus sent the same day. If you order after 10:00, the package will be sent the next working day.

Please note that in connection with sales, Christmas sales and the like, longer delivery times may occur.

Delivery to Sweden, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium & Luxembourg:

NB. orders to Norway, England & Greenland are shipped every Thursday. Delivery time is calculated from the date of dispatch. This means that if you order on a Monday, you must expect the order to be shipped on Thursday and 5-8 working days from the day of shipment before it is delivered.

Exchange & Return


You should be happy and satisfied with your purchase from Mondo Kaos. If this is not the case, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal.

If an item is not in the cupboard, return it simply by following these steps:


1. Send an email to shop@mondokaos.dk, in which you write that you want to return the item. Then we know it's on its way back to us.

2. Print & fill out our return slip (DOWNLOAD HERE!)

In the event that an item does not fit and you want a different size, we would recommend that you place a new order on this. When you place the order, simply write that it is an exchange in the comments field, and we will credit you for the shipping, so that we send the new item free of charge to you.

3. Pack the goods neatly and send them back to:

Pssst… You are of course also welcome to come by the store and drop off the goods.


When we receive your returned item, we will refund the money to the account that was used when the order was placed. In the event of an exchange, we set off and pay out any difference.

We will credit you the payment as soon as we receive the item back so that the payment is quickly back in your account.

* Items purchased in the physical store can be exchanged for another item or a voucher within 14 days. 

Important when returning:


We encourage you to use either PostNord or GLS in connection with returns. 

Note that the returned item must be sent directly to the store!


Unfortunately, we have seen DAO put packages in front of the store outside of opening hours, making them accessible to anyone who comes by.

Important when returning from abroad:


Do you return an item from a country outside the EU? Then please write on the outside of the package that it is a return item, and also attach a printed invoice to your purchase. If you do not do this, we will be charged VAT and a fee of 140 DKK to SKAT to process the return.


Therefore, make sure that:

Complaint:


Of course, you have a 2-year right to make a complaint about your products from Mondo Kaos.

Any errors or omissions in your delivery must be invoked within a reasonable time after these are discovered. It is your duty to indicate and on request show what the defect or omission consists of. In addition, you must be able to present a receipt / invoice.

If an item is broken, we exchange it for a similar, new item.

If we assess that the error / damage is due to the clothes being bought too small, the complaint does not apply. This could be the case, for example, if seams or zippers are broken due to incorrect size selection.

We do not guarantee buttons, embroidery or any other type of decoration.
