ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a skilled and motivated large manager who loves clothes and is passionate about sales. And who share our goal of giving all our customers a fantastic, personal customer experience.
In the role of senior manager at Mondo Kaos you will be mainly responsible for running the store, including being responsible for the operational and daily tasks in the store, as well as delegating these to the other employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the best customer experience and service, as well as continuously developing the approach to sales.
We are looking for a senior manager who has broad experience in sales and is ambitious on behalf of himself and the company. It is therefore an advantage that you are passionate about management, but it is not a requirement that you have many years of experience in management.
ABOUT THE TASKS
In the position of senior manager, your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be:
• Sales and service in the store in Copenhagen N..
• Ensure a good atmosphere in the store, and that the physical surroundings appear attractive.
• Planning photoshoots and participating in these as a rope holder.
• Responsibility for taking pictures in the store for our social media.
• Organize and participate in various events and activities.
• Continuous development of the customer experience and the approach to sales.
• Motivate and inspire the other employees in a pleasant and purposeful way.
• Recruit new employees and train them in sales and service.
• Be responsible for shift planning in the store, including expecting that you are flexible and can
to act in case of illness etc.
• Communication with suppliers.
• Purchase of collections, as well as visits to showrooms/at fashion fairs including also in
abroad.
• Hold staff meetings approx. 6-8 times a year.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
You can recognize yourself in several of the following qualifications:
• You have a strong sales background. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• You love working in a store and are passionate about providing the best customer experience.
• You communicate well in both Danish and English.
• You enjoy working independently and take responsibility.
• You are a team player, are responsible and willing to work extra during busy periods.
• You are result oriented.
