Mondo Kaos is a multi-brand clothing store centrally located in Copenhagen, at Frederiksborggade 31, Kbh. K. Perhaps you know the shop from Elmegade in Nørrebro, where we used to be.

Since opening in 2006, the store has focused on carrying clothes that embrace and celebrate the female curves. We strive to select a wide range that, based on newly produced vintage-inspired styles, is offered in everything from xs to plus size.

The store is the leader in vintage-inspired clothing in Denmark, and we take pride in providing the best service for our customers.

Apply for the job as a part-time employee at Mondo Kaos. 
The position will be a combination of dispatch work and guidance of customers in the store as well as responsibility for packing orders and overdue work in the warehouse. 
We are looking for an employee who is structured, not afraid to take action, and can provide good customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the best customer experience and service in the store and via the webshop.

Can you see yourself in (some of the) following points:
- You have a flair for customer service and love meeting the customer in our physical store. 
- You can deliver sublime online customer service, and smile so that it can be heard on the phone.
- You can guide customers on everything from clothing sizes to the online payment process.
- You are structured, can navigate an online ordering system and keep track of our wonderful customers' orders so that they arrive on time. 
- You have a natural interest in clothes and fashion, and preferably a knowledge of the great style icons and trends from the 1930s-1960s.
- You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and the company.
- You are hardworking and have a huge desire to learn.
- You know how to lift in a group, and at the same time can act independently.

The working hours are 20 hours/week. In busy periods and when covering holidays, flexibility is expected, and the possibility of taking more hours. 

You will be part of a team that now includes 4 beautiful women aged 21-49. All with an easy smile, a sense of styling and a great interest in the history of fashion.

In the position, your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be:
• Handling of customers in our physical store. 
• Packing of orders.
• Communication with our webshop customers via email and telephone.
• Cleaning and structure in the warehouse.
