Delivery in Denmark:

NOTE! Due to the situation with Corona Virus, there are some changes regarding our delivery of orders:

* We currently offer Free Delivery in Denmark to GLS Pakkeshops.
* If you want delivery to a Private or Company address, there is a fee of DKK 39. Are you not home at the time of delivery?  (GLS delivers on weekdays from 7 am to 16 pm) or, for example, want the package delivered in front of your door, you can make a power of attorney for this - this can be found here:

We deliver FREE to GLS parcel shops in Denmark for purchases over DKK 1800.

When an order is packed and ready for dispatch, we send a tracking number. We strive for day-to-day delivery. Ie. if we receive the order before 12 noon (on weekdays) it will be sent the same day. Orders placed later than kl. 12 on weekdays is sent the next weekday. Obs. during sales, Christmas sales etc. there may be a slightly longer delivery time.

Return:

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase at our online shop. If this is not the case, we give the webshop a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.
Please note that you must send your goods back, so we have them within the 14 days. Ie. that you can not keep the goods for 14 days before you send them back to us, as delivery time back to us is included in the 14 days. 
Please note we only accept returns delivered directly to the store. We do not have the resources to pick up in various parcel shops etc. If a return is sent to a parcel shop, it is therefore returned to you, and we thus do not have time to receive it within the 14-day deadline.
As it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the return package is returned safely, we would warn against using DAO for returns. DAO is the package in front of the store outside opening hours and it is thus available to everyone. In this way, we have experienced that we have therefore never received the package back. 
If more than 14 days have passed, we will not return the item! Please follow the following instructions for returning items: If you regret the purchase, Mondo Kaos must always be notified by email before returning. MAIL: shop@mondokaos.dk. The item must be received by Mondo Kaos no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received, together with a printed copy of the invoice (you have received this by e-mail), as well as the returned return slip you received with the items, in completed condition. If it is not included in the return package, we will not be able to process the return.
We do not accept items that have been used - it is understandable that the clothes must be tried on, but if we assess that it has been used, it will be returned to you. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item. Once we have received the returned item, the payment will be returned to the account used when the order was placed. It can take up to 5 business days before payment is returned to your account. All returns must be made to: Mondo Kaos Birkegade 1 2200 Copenhagen N. Denmark. 



NOTE! For foreign customers: If you return an item from a non-EU country, we will be charged VAT if you do not enclose a printed invoice, and write on the outside of the package that it is a return item.
In addition, a fee of 140 d.kr. for SKAT to process the return. Will therefore encourage you to follow this procedure, so that we do not bear this extra expense of DKK 140 plus 25% VAT on the item to take the items back.
Items purchased in the physical store can be exchanged for another item or a credit note within 14 days.
Exchange Denmark:
In the event that an item does not fit in the size, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days. Send an email to shop@mondokaos.dk, so we can check that the desired item is in stock, and possibly. reserve this for you.

Complaint: 


Any errors or omissions in delivery from Mondo Kaos must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and, on request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contact Mondo Kaos quickly. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than 2 years after you have received the item, and only against presentation of a receipt / invoice. Do we assess that the error is caused by the clothes being bought too small, e.g. seams or zippers that have been caused by this, we do not take the item back as a complaint.
If an item is broken, we exchange it for a corresponding new item. We do not guarantee buttons, embroidery or any other type of decoration.
