Yes and no.

Some styles are basic items that we try to have in stock continuously. It is thus possible to order these items at home.

Others are seasonal items and thus not to get home again when they are sold out.

But you are always welcome to write to us HERE

If a size is sold out, you can just click on the "Add to cart" button "Is your desired size sold out? Click here" and sign up to the desired size. If we get it back in stock, you will immediately receive an email about this. 

Of course! You can pay with VisaDankort, Visa, and MasterCard. Of course, this does not cost you anything.

Delivery in Denmark:

We deliver FREE to GLS parcel shops in Denmark for purchases over DKK 1800.

For purchases under DKK 1800, delivery costs DKK 29.

If you want to have your order delivered to a private / company address, this costs DKK 49.

When an order is packed and ready for dispatch, we send a tracking no.

We strive for day-to-day delivery. Ie. if we receive the order before 12 noon (on weekdays) it will be sent the same day. Orders placed later than kl. 12 on weekdays is sent the next weekday.

Obs. during sales, Christmas sales etc. there may be a slightly longer delivery time.

You can also choose to pick up your order in the store yourself. In that case, the order must be picked up no later than 3 days after you have been notified that it is packed and ready for collection.

Of course! In the event that an item does not fit in the size, you want a different color or a completely different item, we are happy to exchange within 14 days.

If you want to exchange the item, recommend ordering the new desired item. When you order this, write in the comment field that it is an exchange, and we will credit you for the shipping, so you get the exchange free of charge. This way you are assured that the item is not sold out before we receive the first purchased item returned. 

Then pack the item neatly and attach the completed cancellation form (DOWNLOAD HERE!) - if you do not have the opportunity to print this, just write the answers on a note.

Yes of course! We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase in Mondo Kaos. If this is not the case, we give the webshop a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods.

Yes you can !

You can easily come by and hand in the item, but we do not give the money back in the store. The payment is returned to the form of payment used at the time of purchase, so if it is, for example, purchased with a Dankort, it is this that the payment is returned to.

If you want to exchange one item for another, this can easily be done in the store.

Within 14 days you can exchange for either another item or for a credit note.

Should it happen that an item purchased in Mondo Kaos breaks down, we ask you first and foremost to assess whether the damage has occurred due to wear and tear on clothing (eg purchased too small). Or whether it is a real defect (eg a material or manufacturing defect).

If, in your opinion, it is due to a material or manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, either by stopping by the store with the item, or sending photos by e-mail to shop@mondokaos.dk.

If we also assess that it is a material or manufacturing defect, we will in the first instance assess whether it is a defect that needs to be repaired or the item needs to be replaced with a new similar item.

We do not accept complaints due to incorrect handling of washing / cleaning of the item. Always follow the washing instructions. Be aware that natural materials such as Rayon / viscose, cotton and wool can shrink in the wash.

You can choose between different amounts from DKK 100 - 2500. If you want a different amount than listed, simply add more to the basket.

If this is not a total amount you want to buy, write it as a note when you place the order. Otherwise, we treat it as one gift card for one total amount.

When we process your order, we generate a personal code which is sent via email to the email noted when ordering. But we also send you a package with a physical gift card nicely wrapped. If you do not want to receive a physical gift card, but simply the code, then select '' Pick-up in the store 'at checkout, and note this in the' note box 'when you place the order. Otherwise it will be packed nicely and will be put up for collection in the store.

Gift cards issued after 1 February 2019 have a code that can be used on the webshop.

With older gift cards purchased before February 1, 2019, we ask you to send an email to shop@mondokaos.dk with amount and gift card number, and then we generate a code for you that you can use on the webshop. This will then be sent to you by email.
